A question for all you film lovers in here - Ultraviolet HD storage service.

I've always ignored the UV digital library cards you get with Blu Rays. I recently bought Sicario and it's got a redemption card, and I'm about to start working away from home a fair bit so wouldn't mind having streaming access to HD films I've bought without lugging the discs round.

Seems like you have to create a UV library and then link it to different content providers when you redeem something. Am I right in thinking that you then need to create accounts for each provider? Seems like a pain in the arse that.

Anyone got any experience using this? Is it any good? Will I need sawdust?

Tried it one and it was a massive hassle and couldn't get it to work.

Music is still brilliant though :)

Love that film. The music, and that song in particular, has made me want to start a thread on here for ages, but I've never got round to it. Also got me into Space.

Yeah I use it. Have been adding a load of movies to it recently. There are a few main sites you can use, but it's not too much hassle, and once you've set it up then all the movies you add should synchronise across each site (some films you can only redeem at certain sites). I use Vudu, Flixster and www.myuv.com. I'm aiming to add all my old films on there and get rid of most of my old dvds etc.

Thanks lads. I set up through Sony and redeemed a couple of movies, was straightforward enough. Haven't tried streaming anything yet. I noticed you could register some old stuff you had hard copies of, will give that a try as well.

Gave Creed a whirl, never liked any of the rocky films, but this got some interesting reviews and seemed to be a bit more high brow, thought it was cheesy tosh, just another rocky film but with better choreography, was bored by the end
