Last Film You Watched

Haven’t seen Moon, but I don’t recall ever seeing a bad Sam Rockwell film. He’s quality.

Moon is his best film mate.

He`s done quite a few dodgy rom coms, best we don`t mention them.

Watched The Revenant last night.

I’d put off watching it for so long because I knew it would be heavy going. And it is heavy going, but it is top notch.

The cinematography is outstanding, and combined with the sound design and acting, you can almost feel the cold and rawness of the frontier.

Completely and utterly unbelievable, but entertaining and as you say outstanding film work.

Exactly so mate. Mind you, the “Dwayne Johnson plays himself” seemed to be the only realistic part of the film.

Moon is just a stand alone film mate, mainly due to the performance of Sam Rockwell.

I never get tired of watching it, even though it has such a tiny cast.

It`s near scfi perfection.

All this talk about Moon - I had seen it a long time ago but absolutely loved it, I streamed it last night, bought the DVD today lol

Blake Lively stars as a blind woman who regains her sight, throwing her life in to flux. Lots of sex scenes etc.

It’s on Nobflix.

Have you seen her in that shark film the shallows ??
Award winning arse, If i was the shark, Id happily munch on that all day long.

Brilliant, Really cleverly layered film and Sam Rockwell is just the perfect casting, Such a simple idea but it builds ...dont want to give anything away like but yeah you said it well... near scifi perfection indeed.

Not great but decent ??
The first was densel at his best. Loved the first film !!!...hope the second does it justice, Not holding my breath though. Sequels are usually a diluted remake of the first these days.

yeah denzel was fantastic, as you say, at his best, I just thought the story was a bit "another denzel film"

I did love it, just didn't wanna make out it was a piece of cinematic genius, although I did love the scenes when he sets the watch and all hell breaks loose haha

I just feel with it being a TV show back in the day there may be better routes to go down than normal sequels where they try and rush it out before anyone loses interest

I got round to watching Pulp Fiction last night, which is a mad film. The non-linear storyline threw me a bit but the acting and dialogue in it is boss.
