Looks like Sheff Wednesday home shirt. However, best go with that if that's the first home shirt we played at Goodison Park...

edit * this off the internet "The first football match at Goodison Park was on 2 September 1892 between Everton and Bolton Wanderers. Everton wore its new club colours of salmon and dark blue stripes and won the exhibition game 4–2.

I believe we also reversed that honour, being the first opponents at the reebok in 1997. Funny how these things happen.

Wasn't Bolton Wanderers the first team we played at Goodison? Maybe signing off by playing them in a 'friendly' for the last-ever game there would be fitting. But yeah, to play our last season wearing a historic kit would be brilliant.

Interesting little article here. I'm a Goodison geek but I didn't know the main stand was the tallest stand in England for four years, nor that capacity was reduced to 35,000 in 1977 and they had to spend a quarter mill to get it back up to 53,000...

Skipping the fact that I’m going to have to be forcibly removed on my last visit, this should be marked with something.

I seem to remember Arsenal playing in an historic burgundy kit for their last season at Highbury. We should do similar.

I’ve always thought there should be an originals mark or symbol above the crest.

All of the original founder members should have this.

There should be a summer mini tournament of the football league originals hosted at Goodison to close the stadium.
