Skipping the fact that I’m going to have to be forcibly removed on my last visit, this should be marked with something.

I seem to remember Arsenal playing in an historic burgundy kit for their last season at Highbury. We should do similar.

What about an historic badge too for the shirt?

Probably marked by our last season in the premier league in my lifetime

I've always wondered why they haven't sent someone up a ladder to give that corrigated plastic a wipe clean? It's minging.

Literally, I'll do it myself for twenty quid, what's the problem?

When all that money was spend on the cladding and the hospitality they didn't think to clean that moss off.

Aren’t we currently scheduled to move into BMD midway through the 24/25 season? So if we did go for a Arsenal style Goodison sign off, would we just revert to a standard kit for the the remaining 10 games?

I reckon they’ll go for some heritage range and botch it horribly.

In 66 England were due to play at Goodison, then was deemed not up to it. Fine.

Not strictly true; early on (Jan 66ish) the 'draw' was announced...you know the formula... the runner up from group A will play etc, etc.
If you assumed, as most did, that England would win their group. Then down the track, the resultant Semi would be at Goodison - And they sold the ticket packs on the strength of that and we all bought them
But low and behold some how England played all their games at Wembley.

Do an Abba and get holograms of some of the greatest players to play there appear on the pitch at the end of the last game.

To appear alongside the 11 holograms we currently have playing for us.
