My view is that in City, he had the Stadium in place and the surrounding land to build his vision of a footballing city.
It all added up as a far better business model than Everton
Not disputing anybody but For me City ticked more boxes

I've heard it was a done deal, then Kenwright asked for 20 mil more and he pulled out and brought City
