It's what we do over here in Florida after the Jaguars games in Jax. I'm seven miles away from the stadium, and often get home in 20 minutes.

Driving home is easy. The hard part is getting out of the lot.

The only way to really sell for a profit is to improve the infrastructure and maintain the status in the PL. There is no asset stripping in that those players right now are the assets. They have experience building a stadium. While they might not be a Paul Allen. They will be better than we have I believe

Apart from the capacity, it's probably not much different to the Stadium of Light, which has a big free park and ride scheme, so with a bit of imagination, you can alleviate some of the problems. It does take ages to get away from there though.
 
The worry is they will sell the best players and keep the money but then we might get relagated and thier profit is gone.
Thier best way to make a profit is to push us forward via money spent on the team and improving/building a new stadium.

Someone said they owned the Pardras(spelling) for 17 years so not to sure they will asset strip.
We dont own FF, we have no other property to sell, unless they sell the stadium and rent it back. Only leaves players that they can sell but everyone seems convinced Rom and Stones are leaving in the summer anyway

I'm worried because Everton can give me so much joy, I love this club and would hate to see our great club slip or be screwed over, we have seen so many clubs ruined due to terrible owners and in all honesty I don't think they'll raid the club of all our assets but I do fear that we're just an attempted quick cash grab.

But what on earth do my finances have to do with it? I'm a passionate Evertonian who wants to see our great club return to greatness. Everton give me far more interest and passion than just about anything I could go buy.
