Very disappointed with BK if the terms are correct.

There's a lot to be said for consistency. A lot of us would be disappointed if Bill actually acted in the interests of the club after all these years.

It was a serious point I was making....there is enough land in Sefton Park for a stadium and the road/rail links are good. The village of Sefton has one major road cutting through it and is literally, a small village surrounded by agricultural land, which costs a premium to buy, and takes time, because if you give a farmer notice you have to allow him time to grow a crop....so 12 months or more is a basic timescale for purchase. Most farm land is leased from major landowners and at least 12 months notice of termination is required.So its unlikely that Sefton will be involved, but possible that Sefton Park(Liverpool Council?) could be.

You're right mate No roofs on 3? sides so plenty of room for exec boxes with bbq pits and posts for obstructed views galore as previously discussed.
