Because people are getting all ahead of themselves questioning percentages and possibilities and getting all worked up about something that, in my opinion, clearly hasn't taken place.
Why do you ask?
As if Elstone, Earle and Kenwright are the 'right' men?Worrying
I honestly fear we will go to the wall if the wrong men are bought in
Heh, hehbit annoying

Scheme of arrangement
100% buyout
Split 3 ways in various %.
Management fee cos Club can't pay rent on shares?
Core TV money, not all is 50% in hock for management fee.
Think that's it
Edit

Difficult to write in details as I am travelling but I suspect the report is inaccurate.
If the fund required half the tv revenues to sell 7% of the club each year (approx), that equates to more than £60 million for 7%.
Even taking in into account interest that puts a huge valuation on the equity (probably valuing Everton at around £700 million).
I'm calling this a fake until other information comes forth.
There should be a thread specially reserved for classics scholars.
Nah. I mean, I get what you're saying, but it won't happen. I don't like Kenwright as a chairman, but I believe he'll only sell us to the right people. We could have much worse
Someone comes in sells top players like Rom Coleman Del Barkley etc for big money and only gives a small amount back to reinvest, we then end up with a poor squad (Think Villa) and flirt with the drop until the obvious happens
That's my interpretation of the stuff on the fans forum done in a freezing cold Social Club's car park in Irlam on the way to the match mate.Hibbo, is this separate from that quote on the other forum? Or where is this detail coming from?
I'll try mate, see that big white chair where you poo poo. Well that's where Everton are heading.I need @The Esk to explain this to me like I'm a 5 year old
Southport mate. The "move to Sefton" bit reeks of a wind up.
Planning permission etc.
