Countless snidey journalists and the crap websites are putting this all over the web.

Thanks like. But some of the stuff being written is just ****e.

Rather than talk about Everton meeting Reading and then potentially City or Villa, theres stories have made up quotes and speculation.

i.e. the usual trash talk about Everton. (n)

Hate the snides.

I wish some of these journalists would just ... off.

Because they're never interested in writing about us unless they're talking us down.

And as for some of these websites. They're rubbish. Know zero about Everton.

Just some fat lad writing something at home.

Same last summer. Arteta this Arteta that. etc.

I would usually be the first to agree with you mate, but i saw Fergusons comments in isolation a couple of weels back immdeiately i thought of Rodwell - i know the journo are making half this up - but i wouldnt be surprised if Utd came in for him in the summer.

They are courting us. That "not ready to sell" comment should be addressed by EFC immediately.

Not ready to sell? That implies we're obligated to sell to them which we're not.

They were supposedly after him in the summer and he signed a 5 year deal.

Its the usual PRESUMPTION from man united.

I think UTD will come in for him, I also think a big club will come in for felli, its just a matter of can we keep them?

I think we would be a bit naive if we think clubs wont be sniffing around Rodwell come the summer but i think the numbers being thrown around seem way of the mark, do you think we would sell for such a low fee

There's absolutely no chance DM will sell Rodwell or Fellaini for less than £25mil, and nor should he. I think we will see one of them go in the summer (sadly), and to be honest I'd rather it was Rodwell. He is still 'potential' whereas Fellaini is becoming world class. I can imagine an offer upward of £25mil for Rodwell will be accepted, however that would be from City, not United.

I think the fact is we're easy pickings in a financial sense. Meaning we're vulnerable to other clubs coming in, it depends on the dymics between the player and the club - if said player hands in a trasfer request two weeks before the summer deadline we're knackered, i dont think i could do another saga this summer.

If we got what Villa did for Milner we would be doing well, but we're low hanging fruit at the mo.

I reckon he'll go before too long and as long as we get the right price for him then it's sound, considering the circumstances. I'll be fuming like but as things stand every one of our players have their price.

I agree with that, I don't think he will go to UTD like most seem to though, they have less cash than us, because of the glazers. He could only feasibly go to Chelsea
