I love Mafioso Carlo, seething demonstrably. Some of our players are frankly privileged to have him as their manager and they've been phoning in performances far too often in key games this season. I'm hoping he's more like this in private and the recent clear out of underperformers and callow youths has caused the penny to drop for some of our "senior" pros who, frankly, need to step it up big time to stay in this man's plans.
