I think we all better get strapped in for a very bad week.

But whenever I say that sort of thing it usually provokes the exact opposite to happen, so I'll continue to tempt fate by saying we won't win any of the games.

Great performance 1st half, allowed them the initiative which the goal gave them. Special shouts to Gomes, Doucoure, Godfrey, Mina and Olsen, I would have bought James and Josh King for Sigg and Iwobi on the hour. Thought they played well 1st half but didn’t have the same attitude 2nd half. Overall a good team display.

Great performance could have given MOM to most of the starting XI.

Ben God in the end for just being everywhere. Heroic performance.

Keeper had a great game. Holdgate, Gomes and Doucoure were excellent. Richy looked threatening.

Mina was a general. The most fabulous centre half, break dances his way through games sometimes

I don't mind when we play generally defensive. But when we just sit far back and just try soak up wave after wave of attacks it becomes anxiety inducing stuff and makes us prone to conceding. Got to launch some counter attacks the seige mentality doesn't work for me.

I agree but we don't have quality guys to win the ball and release front runners quickly like other top sides do. We just boot it away straight back to the opposition.

Holgate was horrendous! Seems to be trying really hard to be nonchalant and cool - but he just comes off stupid.

Apart from that a grinding win, I'll take that for now after two terrible games in my opinion.

Poor referee again, 5 mins injury time was a joke.

Same ref (Michael Oliver) added on 2 minutes injury time in a game featuring Watford and Spurs last season - after the game was interrupted for 3 minutes because his communication device wasn't working.
