Had to give MoM to Patterson despite that “miss”, but could easily have given it to Iwobi again!

Gray worked his socks off, Onana showing we don’t need gueye. Mcneils best game which isn’t saying much

But Patterson just about nicks my vote for a tireless and clever game

Instead of 4-1-4-1 we could play 4-2-3-1 with Gana and Onana sitting deep.

I agree, but we don't create many chances at all which is the crux of my argument.

We will hopefully start creating far more when we get a proper striker on the pitch.

We are close, far more positives than negatives for me. I thought we where solid defensively apart from Pickford and his distribution which puts us under so much uncessary pressure, that goal came from a stupid punt forward without an aerial target, he's driving me nuts this season.

Onana and Iwobi are a solid combination, we need another midfielder be it Garner, Gueye or whoever.

We are really missing Calvert Lewin. The frustration among us wouldn't be half as bad if he was fully fit since the start of season then we are at least 5 points better off.

Thought Patterson was brilliant, as was Onana but Pickford for me. Some big saves there and took tempo out of the game pretty well.
