I was mightily impressed with their demolition of Swansea. They are a very, very good team who are rattling the Sky 5 cage admirably.

You know how when pardew and mccarthy left their clubs and their replacements won no games in two thousand years, all the smug pundits were all like 'shows what an excellent job the first manager was doing, doesn't it".

That should also work in reverse.

Given that leicester have been the best team in england over the last 6 months, can we agree that the fact that pearson had the best team in england bottom of the league is the worst bit of management since the bataclan theatre decided to sack their security guards.

And yet Ranieri was full of praise for the club he took over, in terms of the setup etc. Sounds like Pearson was doing the right things in the background but it never found its way onto the pitch.

Exactly right

The foundations were put in place but obviously nobody could've predicted this

lol

Both 2-2 draws last season weren't they? I'd take the same again
I wouldn't tbh.
Not because I don't think your side isn't a good one, I just think we are (or should be) the better side over the course of the season, and our results need to start reflecting that. We have a fantastic young team that is capable of competing for top four and trophies and they need to start getting results.
Otherwise come next season, what will our young players have as a driver to keep them there.

The intensity of their play is quite remarkable.

They're playing as a unit who to a man, are giving everything, every week.

Their next 4 fixtures will tell us whether they're actually good enough to challenge for the title - Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool and City. If they come through those games still at the pinnacle of the table, then they could genuinely win the thing imo. As they'll be able to bring in a couple of additions to the squad in Jan.
