Leicester will make it difficult, especially being their first game back in the big time and with the fans in good spirits. That said, an early goal will kill them imo, but don't have much faith in us getting one if Lukaku / Mirallas aren't playing.

I know barely any of those, so literally have no idea how good they are, but over 100 points just one league below us suggests you're team needs to be treated with a bit of respect.
Personally I hope you do well, starting from your second game of the season of course.
Think it'll be a hard season for you though and I think you may be surprised at how many games you'll lose that you really didn't deserve to, just because Premier League strikers are used to being under pressure from premier league defenders.
Not saying yours won't score, but I suspect they will find it much harder than even lesser strikers that are used to the tempo in this league.

That being said, we'll give you some very simple chances for no reason if last season is anything to go by, but you may have trouble containing us from our long shots or quick runs, dependent on who we put out.
Thanks. Our defence doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence and I do see us being on the end of a few good hiding but offensively we are a decent threat imo. Yes we have a couple of flair players in Mahrez and Knockaert that could make the step up and the pace of Jamie Vardy but it's players like Matty James and Danny Drinkwater who are the genuine premier league quality imo.

Hopefully they give a good account of themselves this season because they blasted the championship but it's whether they adapt quickly enough

Knockaert being ruled out is good news for us, I think. He's their first choice free kick/corner taker and will pose defences problems this season. Unfortunately Mahrez is an able replacement on their right. He's the one who'll cause us the most problems imo.

Opposingly, if we can't cause Konchesky a problem or two then we don't deserve to be in the league.

Strangely enough it's looking like Knockaert is the one most likely to shake his injury off in time to at least make the bench.

Thought Vardy would be it looks like he's definitely out

Anyone think we might see a surprise start for Chris Long? Been talking himself up to be ready to start.

Thats exactly what i like to see and hear from our younger lads. Chomping at the bit and wants to start playing and being part of this team. Confidence can do wonders. The lad looks alright also......... Good to see

Think there'd be some benefits to starting him aswell, seems an intelligent player with the runs he makes, skilful and a good finisher. You can tell he loves the club aswell.
