That's the first match I've ever seen on TV where the opposition support drowned out all the other crowd noise. Those fans are indefatigable and today they got their just deserts.

Why?

Baltimore is the American city reminiscent of Liverpool I think: seafaring town, strong working class, really rough in spots and outsiders like to crap on it, but Baltimorean’s are proud and fiercely loyal. And great spots for a pint or four.

Can’t see how an Evertonian can look down his nose at Baltimore.

Planning on going. I think the Orioles are home then, maybe the most beautiful baseball park so maybe some of youze come over, we do some sporting cultural exchange, and drink a lot.
