Pickford
Coleman Keane Zouma Digne
Sigurdsson Schneiderlin Gana
Walcott Richarlison Bernard

Stekelenburg, Kenny, Holgate, Davies, Lookman, DCL, Tosun

And he was literally absolutely gash
Okay that’s your opinion, I’m sure many people will agree with you. But many people apparently can’t seem to distinguish that there’s a middle ground between being great and awful. You said he didn’t cause any problems when he quite clearly caused a massive one with the penalty and had Sigurdsson got a little bit more on that early chance that Richarlison created it would have gave Calvert-Lewin a chance from about 6 yards out. He’s not a natural finisher and it isn’t a definite with him that he’d finish the chances that Tosun would but I think he’s probably the forward we have (besides potentially Richarlison) that suits the system best.

If I was to pick the team:

Pickford

Coleman (c)
- Keane - Zouma - Digne

Gueye
- Davies

Sigurdsson
Walcott
-------------------- Bernard
Richarlison

Honestly think we should try this out for this game. It's set up for more of a counter-attacking system which I think could benefit us here. If we can manage to get enough turnover of the ball in midfield we have two options in Walcott & Bernard to get the ball out wide and have the front four all moving up together with Sigurdsson linking it up in the middle.

which he would've still missed

Just seen Coleman's exclusion from the Eire squad for 13th October on grounds of injury. I guess that means he can't be available for us then, otherwise O'Neill would grab him.

Gonna be a few goals in this one i reckon. Put disappointment of cup game behind us and move on. Be interesting if Lookman gets a start here and throw richarilson up front in place of Tosun. Bernard to come off bench.3-2 toffees
