He said the Leicester players "aren't very good" and that Vardy should go back to "playing like a non league player" instead of trying to play in a way he is not capable off.......I.e. holding up the ball, trying to play other players in.

Vardy is pure [Poor language removed], how many times has someone gone on a good scoring run in the league and everyone thinks they're the new van nistelrooy etc.

Yup. I think even I would be almost like-minded if Everton won the league. So for fans of a team used to being in the Championship, I'm not sure they care THAT much.
 

Shocking if they lose their manager,how can he lose a dressing room after a title. Same with chelsea when Jose won it and in the season after he lost the dressing room.

The issue here is that ranieri just isn't that good of a manager and never has been.

I held my hands up last may to say perhaps I was wrong on that front but then 9 months or so later he is showing what I meant. He just can't cut it in this league and he hasn't really achieved an awful lot away from last year. If he had them mid table now and maybe on the fringe of Europa then he wouod be doing a great job , clearly wasn't going to have them up there again so to at least turn them into a comfortable team this year wouod have been great for them. Instead they have nose dived right back down to where they started.
 
I think they were a very average team who hit on a way to play that suited them perfectly and other teams found very difficult to cope with.
They have lost a couple of players, the ones they have couldn't sustain what they were doing and other teams have now worked out a way to play against them and they have gone back to what they are, somewhere between Championship and Premier.

The thing is Vardy's freak run of form went on for an entire season, leading many "experts" to genuinely believe he was better than the likes of Lukaku and as good as Kane, Aguero and Costa. He is Jamie Vardy, 30 year old journeyman of the lower leagues. Last season also had us believe that Kasper Schmeichel was a good keeper, Wes Morgan was a good centre back, Danny Drinkwater was a top midfielder etc. The only players that I ever believed were genuinely quality in that team were Kante and Mahrez.

I can believe it more with Chelsea because they're a team full of players who will go on to win other titles and trophy's in their careers and can afford to stab a manager in the back of thing's aren't going perfectly for them. There's absolutely no excuse for Leicester players to be behaving like that though, they've clearly let that one magical moment in May go to their heads and fail to understand how gash they are. I hope Ranieri walks away and their form falls of the cliff even more on their way to relegation back to the lower league obscurity they deserve, the ungrateful sods.
