Player Valuation: £2.5m
It's been mentioned on Sky and BBC commentary as few times this season,

"Baines, a lifelong Liverpool fan would love to score against Manchester United"

"Ricky Lambert and Leighton Baines, both childhood Reds playing against each other today at Goodison Park"

Not really bothered as he'll go down as one of our best ever left backs, but I thought he was a Blue? I know his dad is a Red but I remember reading that Baines went to both Anfield and Goodison as a kid but then followed us, as well as going to the 1995 Cup Final..

Confused

Who's arsed?

Pretty much this.

He gets paid by Everton to do a job and he does that job really well. If he wears a Liverpool shirt underneath his Everton one while he's playing, I couldn't give a sh*te, as long as he keeps doing what he's doing.

He's on record himself saying he was a red when very young but switched when he was 13 or something.

I care when people say he's a RS, because it's not true.

Gerrard was a blue but that doesn't mean I hate him a little less.

If Baines was a red it wouldn't mean I like him a little less.

Simples.

I think Baines wasn't really arsed, he was just a big football fan and wanted to play with his mates, red or blue.

Imagine touching his left foot, would be like touching the basketball in Space Jam
