He was probs both. Surprising the amount of scousers I meet that say they want both to win. I even know one lad who doesn't support everton or anyone, he just hates liverpool with a passion.

You guys are just massive weirdos.

My guess would have been Lynx Africa, back then. but 1975 must be more Old Spice or Hi Karate

I bought Hi Karate from the 50p shop in Walton Vale when i was about 13 years old. Thought I was boss. Then I graduated to Lynx Oriental. Oh, I couldn't care if Baines was a red or not. He plays like he is a lifetime blue and that's all that counts

there was a kid back in primary school who owned both a liverpool and everton kit, and would alternate between the two for footy training each week. He ended up being a Newcastle fan, true story.

F*cking joke if he was a red, what has this club come to? Employed those leeches across the park thought we were better than that, peoples club my arse if were employing whoever with no regards towards are great fanbase. Been going to goodison for 20 years and i for one wont be clapping baines when he comes out if he wants to spout his agenda filled bile fine just do it in privacy coyb.

Can't post the link but in a FourFourTwo article he says he was a Liverpool fan.

As a boy I supported...
Liverpool. As a local lad I used to watch from the Kop when Robbie Fowler was making his name. I started out at Liverpool's Centre of Excellence and although it was disappointing when nothing came of it, I was lucky that both Wigan and Wolves wanted to sign me.

Not really arsed either way, but if he is in fact a blue, that article is surprising and it's a bit annoying that SKY keep bringing it up about him being a red. It's funny how they never consider Gerrard to be a Blue, even though he has a picture with our trophies in an Everton kit and said he used to go to both grounds as a kid. That must make him a massive red though.

Even if he was a red, he's seen the light now and has moved on from his mistakes in life. We should be proud of his commitment to recovery.
