Very good job, Bill. More than we were expected for Felli. Less than we thought for McCarthy. A proper striker and Baines stays!

So, I'm expecting another £15m approx. to spend in January. Kone and Robles was money set aside for Fer so doesn't count.

We'll only know how good a transfer window this was when we see what we do with that money.

Once Fellaini put in transfer request he had to go I suppose. I would've liked us to sting them though once they had no other options.

Barry and McCarthy will be good and Lukaku is a massive upgrade on Vic, even if its only for 12 months. Lets hope we have money left for Jan

In all fairness lads that's a good day for us....27.5 is about right,4 million more than buyout clause. McCarthy will prove a good buy and Barry adds good cover. Lukaka is the one that's most exciting. He's a top striker. And to top it all we keep our best player! I think Roberto was right in saying we would be stronger when window closes
