Absolutely love him, in my Top 5 Everton players of the last 10 years, for 4 or 5 of those, he was the best left back in Europe, and his goals and assists stats back that right up.

But usually after an appalling tackle your teammates sprint over angrily to berate the culprit,nobody even broke into a jog towards him.

There was no need to surround the ref considering he brought out the red immediately.

Very fortunate Baines' foot wasn't planted when that tackle came in. Nasty tw@ of a player that Knockaert. Remember watching the Brighton v Arsenal game last weekend and when Brighton were winning and he got subbed, he was kicking chairs (with coaching staff in) from the sub bench.
