Thing is, he missed 2 months of football due to a knee injury sometime last year between september and november, had an op and recovered and came back and as played alot of football since.

But like ive already said, maybe were using the results of his medical as leverage to lower payments in some form?.

By all accounts, FC Twente need the money as they was hoping a bidding war would break out for Douglas this month but it never materialised?!.

I'm sorry but i'm backing Kenwright on this one it would be stupid to just go ahead with the agreed fee if there are problems with the medical. I'd tell Twente to do one, give them back their player with a dodgy knee and leave them without the cash to buy the players they wanted.

EFC want Twente to agree to adjustments. Twente are saying no chance. Tomorrow EFC will pull plug on the deal. Deal is not going to happen now. I knew it was too good to be true.

As has been explained countless times, the majority of football fans do not follow the details of Everton enough to understand all this stuff. That's not their fault, that's just the reality. Most supporters don't log onto forums to find the truth out, they just go to the game every weekend and support the team. Labelling our fanbase as morons and clowns for doing so is totally out of order.

Inform others instead of insulting them, and perhaps so many wouldn't support Kenwright. It's the attitudes like yours that make people side with Kenwright, nobody is going to like being insulted and then told why they're an idiot.

Even if it genuinely was a medical failure, both prematurely announcing this fee as agreed and leaving business this late cant be defended.
