True, but Munsterman has himself to blame for the situation that they are in right now. Had he not leaked the story about Fers upcoming court case to his buddy Johan Derksen and "how they have dodged a bullet with his transfer" Everton wouldn't have caught wind about it before the deal was finalised and Twente would have that 10mil by now to buy Djuricic and Claudemir.

Maybe. Derksen is a ****-stirrer but the court case isn't the reason the deal has been stalled. Fer's lawyer was defo pissed off tho haha.

It all probably depends on how much twente need the money. No one actually knows how the original deal was structured so neither side would look bad if they backed down.

Fans may never know, but agents would all hear about it. Next transfer that comes along they'd be able to use the knowledge of which club backed down as a precedent.

Pretty much. Ronnie Stam from Wigan had to take Munsterman and Twente to court to receive the money that was owed to him when he moved to England. Munsterman has bad mouthed Stam in the press leading up to the case, but the judges ruled in favour of Stam and Twente had to pay up.

Fer from what i have read, [I have only seen him play once] Is a completely different player, It really isn't hard to tell that without seeing him play you know.

He's less defensive minded than both Fer and Maher. People automatically assume that Maher is more an attacking player because he scores more, but he started out as a CM while van Ginkel has played as a striker in his youth.
