So to summise, we're signing 'the next patrick viera' for 8, real, million pounnds, he's a drug dealer who buys horses, wears ugg boots to warm up and has a sh*te coat?
I reckon we just get Mark Pembridge back.
 
I like how football comparisons work with midfielders: tall and black Viera, short and black Makelele.

We don't really need to be signing £20m players to finish 4th. We have a couple of them in Baines and Fellaini (and I'd like to think Mirallas could best both of them if he'd get fit). We just need to fill out the squad with quality to get the likes of Neville out of the team. Our first XI is as good as Spurs', especially with this guy on board. The difference is squad size. This signing can only improve our chances significantly.
