Semado is one the quickest players in the league. I thought he was positive tried to turn the defender and get his crossed in. He did well but he’s not premier league ready. Saying that he did ok and stopped the wolves fullback getting forward which he likes to do.

Looked lively enough. Had a very good personal battle with their left back. Think he would have had more joy down the right but I guess his inexperience with Patterson's inexperience behind him, may have been a concern.

I thought he played ok, not bad for his first real showing.

Would probably benefit from more games elsewhere, but if he stays, not the worst squad option.

He was lively which is what you want from any youngster getting thrown in, but I do think he'll struggle at this level over a prolonged period.

Probably won't make it with us but at the same time at the very least youngsters are now being given time in the league, this massively increases their value. Look at Simms last season, clear he wasn't going to be good enough for us even when we had no striker but got his move this summer that could add up to £8m which is definitely more than we'd have gotten if he had never played for us.

Realistically Dobbin won't be getting many minutes at all when McNeil and Harrison are fit but some mid table Championship club might look at him and say "well he's not up to PL level but he was getting minutes there" before the end of the window and might put in a good offer, at least a suitable loan.
