I going to put a mixture of Valium and Viagra in the water supply. My wife will be guaranteed a good night and the Lille team will be playing us with massive boners.

Anyone wishing to enter the stadium incognito but still be Everton should consider a Breton shirt that is very similar to the original St Domingo's Kit.
Also anyone wishing to brush up on their French should consider watching the Tv Show 'Allo Allo' which is the definitive guide to speaking the Lingo.
 
I think the biggest problem for Evertonians in the stadium will be with the french police and with Lille stewards who are sometimes really annoying (especially with drunk people).

I know that most of the Everton fans are friendly but I dont' know if the french police knows it.

But in the contrary, when Aston Villa or Liverpool FC came in Lille some years ago, I've never heard about some troubles so I think maybe I'm a kind of a scandalmonger.

IMO, it will be a huge party for you in Lille.
 

ticket sorted. Missus is comig so we've got the 'posh' seats in the middle tier towards the everton end. Amsterdam Lille 50 euro return on Thalys.

Beret, garlic garland muzzie and unwashed for a week should get us in.

Lille have some hooligans (around 50-100 people) but I don't think Everton has a violent reputation. I don't think our hooligans attack "normal" supporters so Lille is a safe place for evertonians, imo. If there will be troubles, it would be in the Lille downtown, not in or around the stadium (too much cameras and policemen).
But you can always have some trouble with some drunk chavs at night, like everywhere in Europe. But if you're not alone and totally drunk at 3 am, there's no risk.

In our stadium, you have to avoid the North Stand (Tribune Nord) where the LOSC hardcore supporters are. But I think our steward won't let you come in if you have tickets in this stadium area.

Prohibited Objects / Lockers
The list of prohibited objects is included with the Interior Stadium Rules. Lockers are available for the public to store prohibited objects and recover the as they exit the stadium. Lockers are situated at every entrance.
