Too many to list. I go to at least one gig a month but usually 2 or 3. I’m as happy to to see mekky-on bands in a pub at arena gigs. Last gig was Kiss in Newcastle, next will be all the bands on at Santa Pod this weekend.

Started with Slade about 74-75 and finished with Sneaker Pimps about 97 ish. Way too many in between, from Eric's to thw Haigh and everywhere inbetween. Tbh I've seen some one offs Clash with the Specials, the Jam & the Chords, Killing Joke at the Warehouse etc, but I've seen some absolute gash as well, Wonderstuff, Jamiroquai (on freebies).
But, support live music 👊🏻

I once saw someone hitting a cheese grater with a spanner and looping it, with the other person using the electo frequency from plants to create an electronic sound which turned into a type of acid song. In a shed, in a field in Cambridgeshire

Did anyone else from GOT attend this?
If you can remember seeing someone hitting a cheese grater with a spanner and looping it, with the other person using the electo frequency from plants to create an electronic sound which turned into a type of acid song in a shed, in a field in Cambridgeshire then you weren't there man.

If you keep the classic rock, delete the rest and add in the hard rock, metal and instrumental guitar, that's more or less what mine looks like. Mostly bands from the same era (big in the late '80s/early 90s), though I saw almost all of them in the last decade or so.

The Glasronbury thread was fun, so let's bring it into every day life...let's talk about live music and what we've seen/have coming up.

May one ask what drugs one had consumed?

I saw The Killers (with death from above supporting) in a pub in Northampton on their first EP tour

It was quite funny as they all for a drink after and the majority of the killers are tee total but DFA were right pissheads lol

I saw arctic monkeys on their first ever tour too

I saw Stereolab reform for a song, which felt like a big moment at the time but they reformed a few years later hahaahha

I was meant to see Broadcast but then Trish sadly died, i was meant to see them again (in a form) a few years later, for a one off gig, but James broke down a few days before and it got cancelled :(
