Just back from the match (and a few pints ha), thought defensively we where ****ing immense, Jags + Distin - Love you. Nothing wrong with the goal, robbed as per usual. Just never feel like a Moyes team can at ****efield though sadly.

Their fans are accusing our fans of making crushing gestures. What a disgraceful thing to make up. If it really happened, why don't they take a picture on their phones? Or is it because it DIDN'T HAPPEN.

not really arsed, leave them too it, most of them are mentally ill for following a racist supporting football team anyway. They always make stuff up, they're so uneducated it's unreal. Just like those posts from that macca guy on RAWK, at least he apologized when he understood the circumstances, after jumping straight to conclusions about our behaviour and what it meant as is per usual kopite.

with regards to their thank you gesture - didn't see it and didn't want to. I'm not a local evertonian so i acknowledge i am not the best one to comment on this - but we have acted with our usual dignity on the hillsborough situation and as long as the families who were affected appreciate that then that's all that matters.

**** liverpool football club and those of their fanbase that weren't arsed about giving us thanks, it wasn't really for them anyway, it was for the families.

Agreed. I said when it was first announced it was neither needed nor was it appropriate. The support shown has always been for the affected families not those divvies or their horrendous club. H'boro was a civic disaster.

That THANK YOU from the kop

**** off and strangle yourself with it you nonce bastards

Most of the people in the ground would have no clue what Hillsbrough ment to this city you ****s

Stick your thank you up your arse you racist ****s

By trying to claim that "Always the victim" song is about Hillsborough, ironically they just illustrate what the song is actually about.

A good mate who is a season ticket holder in the main stand near-ish the away end seems to think our fans were awful at times. Really good lad, not your stereotypical kopite.

I do think we should have swerved "Always the victims" for the day as they were saying thank you after all, but it's only a problem because they're blinkered enough to think that it'd be about Hillsborough. As if we'd do that, let alone on the day they thanked the club for its support. Ridiculous. The Evertonians were roundly applauding the gesture in the away end ffs.

He says there was some chanting about Rodgers' son being a nonce, but he also admitted it was quite funny and said they were pissing themselves at the purple smoke bombs (and rightly so, what weapons!). He stands by the booing of "victims". I'd like to think they know it's about Suarez etc, but I can see why today wasn't the day for it and if it was originally sung by mancs about Hillsborough then I think it'd be best if we swerved it altogether. No need to threaten the relatively friendly atmosphere over a misunderstanding like that.

thing is we always do nice things for liverpool and never ruin it.

half their fans couldnt be arsed holding up their cards to read 'thanks' then they play 'that song' over the top of it.

half arsed effort, its like they weren't even arsed.

At least the point keeps us in front of that shower. While taking that disallowed goal that would have given us the win into account Moyes as per usual just wanted a draw at Anfield. This is a sh!t Liverpool team they were there for the taking but we were just too negative as per usual and just played for the draw.Moyes has done a good job for us but in the really important games like the derbies and the big cup games we flatter to deceive more often than not.I want more than that.I want more than just the 6th and 7th place trophy every year! The Moyes era and Everton in general have gotten stale and sterile. We need investment in the summer to try and push on and break into the top four and i would like to see what David Moyes can do with money to spend. There's a real opportunity here to cement our place as the number 1 team in the city and break into the top 4.Let's not blow it Mr Kenwright!

**** em really mate. If their first thought is "oh they must be singing that song about Hillsborough" rather than "what can that song be about" after all we've done for that campaign then it just illustrates what they really are. They just fume and expect the worst of us without the attempt to actually educate themselves and first find out what it's about.

not arsed what they think of us, look at their history compared to ours, we'll always be the pride of merseyside and should always look down on them rather than up in such instances

TalkSport were the same, the advert for the match commentary had a boxing announcer declaring, "In the red corner, weighing in with 18 league titles - Liverpool! And in the blue corner, weighing in with a two footed tackle - Everton"

Seriously?? Not a surprise. They have to play up to the modern football fan
