We were up against a poor Liverpool side missing their star player. Did we take advantage? Did we take it to them? No, we meandered along to a point. Forgive me for wanting more than that, because I think this Everton side is better than that. We have plenty of quality but for far too long in that match we looked like we were wandering about, not knowing how to score.
Our defence was very solid. Everything in front of them lacked urgency.
I think we're better than that.

i didn't say cry, i said lambast. throughout moyes' whole reign virtually every game i can remember we've had at leats one absolute shocking decision go against us and it usually costs us a win or them winning. But yet we do nothing about it and then the same happens next season.
