As per usual, didn’t watch them tonight (unless it involves us I ain’t watching them live).

Flicked it on at 10 to see 25 shots to 7, 70%-30% possession. Going by that, Moyes and his team did more than well to make a game of it.

While I can’t watch them, like an opposition player who puts in an impressive performance at Goodison (Son last year, I was there) I have no problem recognising quality. The stats and records just keeping racking up, and no matter what way you slice and dice it it’s ridiculously impressive.

106 points from last 108 available.
21 home wins in a row - joint English top flight record (shared with Shankly’s 1972 team)
18 wins in a row - joint Premier League record (shared with Pep’s Man City)

They are unbeaten at home since April 2017.

What we experienced yesterday with a league defeat (at Arsenal), they have experienced once in the last 660 days (1 league defeat since May 2018).

I always had Pep down as the best manager in the modern era (that Barca team is the best I’ve seen by a million miles, a team that left Fergie’s team with next to no chance (which is unthinkable) in two CL finals), but I’d now rank Klopp equal to him. His mentality is what puts him up there.

What in the name of, are all the big long essays about, going into great detail.

There isn't even any effort being put in to not be obvious.

What do you suspect him of?

That he is sitting in his bedroom writing extended nonsensical posts filled with jargon and statistics while his Mum gives her wrists a break?

Out of order that really.

If you start off with a lie...theres no redemption upwards. Oh...and no plug on the over-head projector for the shed load of bus-stop chat style stats either zzzzzz
