I'd take it on the chin. Better than having them lot saying well done and thanks for doing us a favour knowing full well they'd never do the same in return. They're a selfish bunch and today showed that. They'll get a time when they need someone to do them a favour... But what they done apart from whinge and moan about their downfalls, blame everyone else, and be out right nobs to justify someone helping them out?

I agree with ya to be fair.

But anything to **** them over Id take it with open arms. They'd never own up to saying we'd do em a favour anyway, they'd big themselves up too much

I'd never want Everton to lose on purpose, because of our rivalry with any team. My love for Everton will always come before hatred of any other team. Tbf, we had the same situation here in Holland a few weeks ago, when Feyenoord played away at Twente. With Feyenoord being the archrivals of Ajax and already guaranteed of European football, they didn't do anything to get a result from that game. A few days before the match, Feyenoord fans even invaded the training pitch to tell the players they wanted them to throw away the game.
