Time for our annual Analfield defeat, if we are lucky we get a draw but guaranteed not winning...

We`ve won 1 Merseyside Derby in 25, or something outrageous like that, a performance where we sit in for a 1-0 defeat like against Arsenal incoming.

Our record since the turn of the millenium :-

10 draws? Bloody hell...sure doesn't feel like it.

And the fact that the pitch was too wet
Yep Mr Ed, will blame the rain, the wind, the officials , everything but him and his Team, when teams ,don't stand off them and give in to them. Some cracking sketches on 442oons

If Everton can earn their right to play, and take their chances this game is winnable.

UTFTs!

Our record there is disgusting and pretty much all of them including the draws. We setup pathetically, pinned in our half hoofing the ball. Is it 22 out of 23 then since the turn of the century in the league(failed to win)? not including the cup games against their girls team which we also lost. Extrapolate that its ~ 4 wins by 2100.

It’s so badly embarrassing, it’s probably the worst one sided derby in the world. We have beat them once in 13 years with no crowd, not beat them at home since 2010.

Last time we won there with fans? 1999? It’s disgusting mate. So yeah all of them. Pathetic except the win there without a crowd, winner scored by a nonce 🤦🏻‍♂️

The only game we was really robbed in at their place was Distin derby, if you play like a league one team for set pieces then you deserve everything you get. Moyes set in a loser mentality.
I don’t think the Pickford Derby at Anfield was a disgrace, the team deserved at the very least a draw, they worked their socks off until the last minute blunder by Jordan, Gomes was outstanding, the only time he ever was for the Blues and he could/ should have scored the winner with an header, only one game but we outfought them that day.

if we approach tomorrows game like that one we have a better than even chanc.

Well we might have had two or three more wins but for 11 or 12 games under Moyes we went there not to lose, he was happy with a draw.

Bit mad pinning it on Moyes when he left 10 years ago. Let's be honest, they've nearly always had better players and they always raise their game for this fixture. People want us to go and take the game to them but how has that worked out for even the likes of Man City?

Pretty sure the game should have finished as well. Time up, before that goal the horrible gits.

Add that to the Distin disallowed goal. This still makes me angry.

The Liverpool sides when we had Moyes were not all that and we were a decent side! Moyes just played like a coward there, and set in a loser mentality IMO. Not all his fault the awful record since obviously. I don’t think Moyes would have won there in a million years.
