It’s a dive in the sense that Gordon was balanced and could have easily stayed on his feet. Having said that, the guy stuck his leg out, missed the ball and put himself in a risky position. They almost always let that go.

I will say if Gordon goes to ground there, he has to draw the contact instead of sidestepping it with such ease.

Gordon is getting a name for himself for going down easy so now the fouls will have to be blatant. Gordon also has to make a decision whether to go down or not taking his position into consideration
