Colin Chong is practically running the club behind the scenes isn't he?

Should absolutely not be getting criticised. You don't need to hear about the stand in CEO because CEO shouldn't attract news.

Thelwell is doing a sound job with his hands tied, whether you like him or not.

The manager downfall is all his own doing. Negative tactics are fine if you're keeping clean sheets. But we can't score, don't keep clean sheets and i guess as soon as takeover is completed he'll be gone.

Fair enough, but it's not like they occupy the same step on the podium. I think Pep has earned a bit of credit.
I was agreeing with you mate. I wonder whether the clubs now decide what is asked - it’s only really talk sport that really go brave with their questioning and it often costs them.

It can't be easy, maintaining relationships... but everything is about to change at Everton, and so I think proper scrutiny on Dyche and the things he says wouldn't result in any long-term harm.

I wish there was more courage from the journalists.

Imagine if political journalists were so reverent.

They've been 'kin useless for years.

We had so-called Blue Prentice when he was at the Echo week in week out slagging off those two American fools who were wrecking Liverpool yet stood by and said nothing whilst Kenwright was running the club he claims to support into the ground.

His brown nosing paid off though with him getting nice cushy number at the club. Let's hope he's out on his ear when we get takenover.

Won’t happen but would love someone to ask his opinion on McNeil having a laugh with Rashford as 4:0 down……..
Quite happy to share his thoughts on gloves and leggings for training…… how about the players seemingly aren’t bothered about being on the receiving end of a drubbing.

The Liverpool Daily Post ( now defunct) was a decent blue leaning paper.

Used to love getting the Saturday morning edition.
