Juventus scouted Tierney last season and are eyeing him as a potential replacement for Alex Sandro, who is a reported target for both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. Look we went for the cheaper option and he is a good buy. I just think there is much more upside with Tierney

There's a chance Tierney will become a great fullback, but Digne had already proved himself capable in top leagues across europe and didn't cost us absurd numbers. Absolute no-brainer between him and and the pub league lad.

Every winger looks twice as good when the play in front of him. Quality player. It's a shame we haven't more players like him who can look after the ball in tight spaces.

Baines needs replacing so maybe Tierney should come in as competition for Digne. Am I right in thinking he can also play right back? If thats the case 2 birds one stone.

You might be right, but I doubt it. Tierney is 21 and still plays for Celtic. At 21 Digne was playing for PSG. At 23(i think) he went to Barca. If Tierney shows a hint of being the same quality player, he’ll end up in a bigger team SOON. If he stays in the spl, then we’ve got our answer.
