I know we moan about players but these that you’ve mentioned alongside 3/4 quality signings could really push us on for Europe with the right manager, I hope we get it right this season

I think that’s why I hate the rest of them so much, we ALMOST have a good team and another couple of Carlo windows could’ve seen us right up there based on how good the four signings were last summer.
If we could somehow swap Iwobi, Sigurdsson, Delph, Gomes, Holgate, Bernard with some proper quality in one window and retain all our best players I think we’ll be right up there next year... but how often does six out six in work well?

Carlo has left us in the [Poor language removed], the pool of players we can now recruit has changed dramatically depending on the manager we bring in.
The other problem is who is going to want these players? All on high wages happy sat rinsing the club on the bench, I think maybe 2/3 outgoings and 2/3 incomings this window. We are crying out for pace desperately. I’d love Neto/raphinha a right back and a centre mid with pace who can get on the ball n dictate games and possibly a striker
 
Not sure why Carlos getting credit for recruitment. No one he brought in has changed our fortunes, he admitted he didn’t know Doucoure or Godfrey, who else has/will make a difference?
