Lucid dreams, astral projection and whatnot

Who here is big in to dreaming, remembering them, being aware of them in real-time, controlling them and generally enjoying them?

Also, is anyone here familiar with astral projection -I.e. - out of body experiences while the body is asleep?

I’m well-versed in all these facets and would like to discuss with fellow forum members.

*No wet dreams.

I think I’ve had an out of body experience watching Everton for the last 30 years.

I was quite a poor swimmer until I mastered keeping my head out if the water at about 8 years, despite my dad's best efforts. Heavy bones he reckoned.

Anyway - I have a vivid memory of seeing some small kid sat at the bottom of the swimming baths, by the steps of the shallow end. Always wondered if that was an out of body experience for me.

Despite this I'm skeptical of the whole thing.

Diving vs Swimming mate. Glad to be of help.

once dreamt I met myself in a dream, very weird. Also dreamed I was watching myself sleep in my own bed. Another very weird one. No drinks or drugs involved.

Dream? I bloody wish. Six hours is a decent result for me these days.

Relegation, caffeine, fear of dying in my sleep of some undiscovered BS, relegation, undiagnosed ADHD, blue light from phone, relegation, harlot very noisily climaxing at 5 sodding thirty AM in the flat below. All contributory factors. Oh and relegation.

Apparently I was doing everything right, but just kept going down. Even today most of my swimming thrust is upwards rather than along, like a harrier jump jet taking off. I'm a very slow swimmer.
We need the resident Aussies to run the rule over you. Only way to be sure.

That's some spirit you have there...
