Interesting they pick 14/15 as the start point when he'd scored 11 goals against the top 6 in the previous 2 seasons (12/13 for WBA and 13/14 for us)

Hmm, you’re right, he scored a brace in the 3:3 draw in 2013. Stats aside, the point is valid and is repeated yet again in Italy

Those stats only cover 14/15 to 16/17 so don't include his time at United, nor his previous 2 seasons at West Brom/Everton as I mentioned a few posts above.

It's also one goal against the big 6 but across all games he played for United regardless of opposition. All in all stats that tell you nothing

Looked a world beater against the useless Dier when England were tactically inept for vast periods of the first half.

Second half, as soon as they stuck a defender tight to him and challenged him to use some actual ability, he was Anonymu Lukaku once more.

Totally useless in any game of any meaning against any side of any quality. That's Lukaku.

I'm not sure how familiar with GOT Lukaku threads you are, but this kind of wilful ignorance is a theme that has pervaded every single thread about him since he signed for us in 2013. You can point these things out a thousand times and you'll still see them posted by the same posters again in a few months.
