No. Opinion on Lukaku is subjective. Saying the earth is flat is clearly flying in the face of fact.
People used to say that about those who said the earth was round.

racism and sexism here, clearly a banThis is an English forum for english men. So you speak English.
I'd like to see some quotes.People used to say that about those who said the earth was round.
My point is welbeck at £10m is the better option.. which he is. Lukaku expects to be seen as a 6ft 3 Tony Cottee.just pass to me when I've been given space. Say it again, he is not a footballer, poacher yeah.

Who is Lukaku Price ? Was asked today, I kid you not.
Facts are not the nailed on certainties they are supposed to be. Facts are merely what's true at the time and what the technology is capable of measuring and recording. But this may be a little off topic.Anaximenes of Miletus believed that "the earth is flat and rides on air; in the same way the sun and the moon and the other heavenly bodies, which are all fiery, ride the air because of their flatness."
...And Jafnhárr said: "Of the blood, which ran and welled forth freely out of his wounds, they made the sea, when they had formed and made firm the earth together, and laid the sea in a ring round. about her; and it may well seem a hard thing to most men to cross over it."
Zacharia Lilio, a canon of the Basilica of St. John Lateran in Rome in 1496. In a section entitled "That the earth is not round" he argues that "when they assert that the earth is round, Ptolemy and Pliny do not add to the evidence, collected on the spot, they simply make a conjecture based solely on reasoning"
For the majority of human history it was accepted that the earth was flat by the majority of the earth's population.
P.S Tom Ince LOL
First off, I read your post. That's how I know I disagree with what you said.Martinez is a manager, not a miracle worker.... you're making it all sound so simple... ''lets buy kevin kilbane, martinez will sort his game out in a year or so''
I'm not writing him off due to a half a dozen poor games for belgium, if you read my post, you'd know that it was based on games for everton also...
Like Jelavic, or Anichebe?I know this but people are acting like he can walk on water, he is scoring average goals in a very good Everton side, goals that I believe anyone could score if they play lone striker for us.
GET JO ON FFS.Wasn't with the Martinez approach though was it, we have completely transformed the way we play since Jelavic. My point is the way we currently play I believe many strikers good do allot better for half the price.
First off, I read your post. That's how I know I disagree with what you said.
Secondly, Martinez doesn't NEED to be a miracle worker. Lukaku's a striker who scores goals in the prem with regularity, he just needs polishing up on the areas of his game that don't come as naturally as goalscoring.
Thirdly, and with all due respect to Kevin Kilbane, I suspect Lukaku's a better player at 21 than Killa was at the same age.
You're saying no to a proven prem goalscorer on the grounds that there are things other than scoring that he hasn't perfected yet. At 21 years old. I think you're ignoring the fact that we don't have the money to buy a Suarez or an Aguero, and ignoring the fact that Lukaku may well be the best striker under the age of 23 on the planet.
Like Jelavic, or Anichebe?
How many games did they play between them under Martinez?
well he did decide they both werent good enough
