We are (assuming FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BUY HIM ALREADY). However the pieces around him are there. We've been cautious in the transfer market for too long now, it served us well and kept us from becoming ALWNV, but its time to take that risk.

Don't understand why really? Not, because of the 'they won't sell to their rivals' theory I hope. If so, I'm confident they still view Man Utd as one of their rivals and still sold Mata to them last season. Also, guess we'll be seen as a bit of a rival to them. They will sell to whoever if the price is right imo.
