We've just had Barkley's interview where he was saying that he knew from the first minute that the subject came up, that he'd be putting pen to paper. The links with Man City etc didn't interest him - there was never any question that he would stay at Everton. Lukaku seems to have no difficulty either in making his mind up - he's basically come back from the World Cup and told Mourinho there's only one team in blue he wants to play for next season. This is what's so exciting - when you've got some of the hottest young players in the league begging to play for us, it feels like we're in a different ball game, one where anything is possible.
