We have now 9 players in our A-squad, that are all possible starters, that are 26 years or younger. The future are looking brighter than it has in a looooong time. Now we just need a good second striker and a winger to make this am unbelievable transferwindow.

Obviously 28M is a massive fee (especially for us) but tbh for a 21yr old top top striker who is only gonna get better it's probably the going rate.

Strikers always cost more. And look what others have been going for. We got 27M was it for fellaini, Diego costa? 32M, borini was gonna cost Sunderland 14M, Suarez 75M.....

We're hitting the big time again!!
 
If another team had come in and bought Lukaku for £28M most here would moan and wonder why we didn't splash the cash for him, when he is just what we need here.

Meanwhile in the real world, he's clearly worth it.

Diego Costa - £30m - despite only having one good season
Sanchez - £30m - four years older, same goal ratio as Rom
 
People actually moaning about the price. Just look at the prices off other top class young strikers around the world.

Hes a proven goalscorer in the prem and is only going to get better
