Thats Baines though, he's the man isn't he and one of a kind who likes to get Mr Whippys for all the lads. Name me another Everton player who would have stood there like Baines and waited for 14 99's. I love the way he's reviewing his options as well "erm yeah go on i will have a flake and sprinkles on it then mate".

Really needs to improve on his link up play. He is so uncomfortable on the ball sometimes. Kone has great link up play. I really want to see him in this Everton side. What's wrong with him though ? He is been out for nearly a year.

I would say that is easily the weakest part of Rom's game. However, that can be coached whereas a natural scoring instinct cannot. It's exciting when you realize that he is far from the finished package. How good can he get?

I don't know about that. I don't think Distin can ever be coached to be as comfortable on the ball as Stones can. It just comes natural. I don't think Rom can ever be a technical player. Doesn't mean he won't score goals though.

He won't ever be great at it, but I believe he could become serviceable. He's pretty lousy in that area now.
