I love that I'm allowing myself finally to absolutely love him earnestly. He's not going anywhere. He's ours!

Apologies in advance for this, but was steamed last night and started singing big rom's name to the melody of Frère Jacques.
Rom Lu-ka-ku
Rom Lu-ka-ku

Romelu Lukaku

Rom-e-lu
Lu-ka-ku.
Christ I'm still smashed.
I was a little worried that he just saw us as a platform to develop and that, if he did play to his potential, he would be off but it really does sound like he has signed up to what bobby is trying to do. I still think that he will be off if we can't get champions league but I have a lot of confidence that we can
I was kidding myself that we had a shot at signing him. I suppose that was to protect myself from considering the inevitability that he wouldn't be coming back and we'd really struggle to replace his goals. At the end of the season, I gave this less than 10% of happening.
Even if he does just see us as a platform he will still be here for 3 years. Anything beyond that i am surprised by any player let alone Lukaku in this day and age where loyalty is a word of the past.
Thats Baines though, he's the man isn't he and one of a kind who likes to get Mr Whippys for all the lads. Name me another Everton player who would have stood there like Baines and waited for 14 99's. I love the way he's reviewing his options as well "erm yeah go on i will have a flake and sprinkles on it then mate".
Still can't believe he's ours.
He's the dream dinner partner for Hibbert, who would obviously be queueing up for fish and chips.Thats Baines though, he's the man isn't he and one of a kind who likes to get Mr Whippys for all the lads. That's unbelievable. The headline and comments have absolutely no relation whatsoever.http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...rs-aren-t-rated-by-Chelsea-boss-Jose-Mourinho
Media storm out of nothing again. If you look at what he has actually said, theres nothing wrong with it. Basically all he says is that Everton is a better place for his development.
