David Luiz's transfer should hopefully alleviate Chelsea's FFP case. Meaning they can afford to either loan him again or not rip us off. An everton with Lukaku could be Chelsea's secret weapon to winning the league.

Quite honestly I'd take Lukaku and Barry permanently and 4 loans if it meant 25mil on Lukaku being spent.
