He's our best striker for about twenty years, and if you want to get into champions league, you have to do your best to keep him.

He isn't the type of lad to want to jump ship after one bad season, i don't think that's his mentality at all.

He does think he can be one of the best, but that's the mentality that all the greats have to have. I'm sure in a few years if we don't win things, and don't get champions league he will leave.

But i think he'll give us a good few years of trying to do so before he wants to go.

I want him to stay at all costs mate.

Just hope the club share the lads ambitions.
Without him this year we'ed be fooked.
I refuse to take notice of this Wolfsburg crap,The Mirror's been doing this to us for years.
If and when he does go it will be to a Giant of a club for Mega money.
Some baulked at 28 mil & 5 year contract,best business we've done for decades.
Hope he's here for a good few years yet.

Rom is boss. And he will only get bosser. He's going nowhere this summer, he only signed 12 months ago and has scored 18 goals since with 8 games still to play. We'd be looking at about £40 mill imo and nobody will pay it. I'll be more worried about him leaving next summer if we have another poor season.
