He always comes across to me in his interviews as an intelligent lad. He knows why he was dropped, and he's used that to work harder to get back to the level he can perform at, rather than sulking. I'm sure there are players out there who would think 'I'm the clubs record signing, I shouldn't be getting dropped'. Fair play to him. I think this could bode well for us as a club as well. I think he knows to develop into the player he wants to be, he needs to spend years of playing time at a club like Everton.

He'll be here next season and possibly the season after depending on how we do in the league next year I reckon.

he's massively intelligent and wise for his age imo. he's a rare breed, it's why i admire him so much. i liked him before he had any affiliation with us and i'll like him after he's gone.
