Definitely but I think Ross has started to find a bit of form due to him consistently being played through the middle. Thought he put in a good shift today, one run in particular 2nd half relieved the pressure. I thought Lukaku put in a very mature performance as well.
 

His hold up play and first touch were massively improved yesterday. Can tell he's working on it and we're seeing the benefits of it. He's genuinely starting to become an all round striker.

There is the problem. Nail on head.

Watched yesterdays game back in full :cool::cool: and the amount of times Barkley should put Lukaku in and he doesn't is a joke. Lukaku is screaming at him throughout the game. If we had a player who could actually release the ball behind Lukaku he'd be banging them in for fun.

Not for me. Had a chance to run clean through and fluffed his first touch, and the ball bounced off him a few times as well.

It was improved in deeper areas, which led to the first goal for example, but around the opposition box, apart from on one occasion where he shielded, turned and shot, he was largely poor.

He was one of our weaker players on the day and bar a small patch of form a month or so back, he's been torrid for the majority of the season in the league. He needs to improve dramatically for next season.

That old idiot on TS was saying something about his reaction to Kev scoring !!?!!

Got the impression that he was being almost used as a decoy yesterday to occupy their CBs.
Hence he was getting frustrated a few times when the plan worked, we broke through but they shot rather than passing it to him in the box.

I heard that as well, he was saying he is defo off...etc You could see the open frustration from Lukaku towards Barkley several times yesterday, but i didn't see anything toward Kev.
 
I heard it as well. The 1pm show on TS is by far the worse, they spend 3 hours talking about [Poor language removed] that's nothing to do with sport. He doesn't like Lukaku anyway he's a Chelsea fan
