Can't decide which was my favourite moment, the tiki-taka with Pienaar or the time he practically strolled through the Russian defence.

I dunno mate...Baines is still ace, Garbutt looks like a ready made replacement. Oviedo there too...Barry in a pinch. I can't believe I'm thinking this, but perhaps it's time to sell Leighton Baines.

I hate that I just typed that.

should of sold him to united.

Can't believe he's 21. Luke shaw is fecking 18. We really need to send him on loan even the championship would be good.

Baines was in similar situation at the start of his EFC career when the greedy elephant man seemed to be untouchable at the left back.

Luke is already better than Oviedo. He should easly get about 10 more games this season

The best full back in the league for 5 years straight versus a couple of appearances youngster?

you know I like you cheese, and I do like cheese, but YOU WOT M8

FFS why are we so blessed with lovable LBs? Woe is us, such a curse.

Train Ovie and Luke to play RB or LW to allow maximum flexibility, get them game time, and enable us to brace against injuries.

I don't know about selling Baines but I certainly think it might be time for Roberto to unleash him in centre midfield so we can shoe Garbutt in at left back.

Looks every bit as assured as Baines with an unreal delivery.

He's miles ahead of Oviedo at lb for me now too.

Very impressed with him.
