While I understand the shouts for a new left-back, I always then think we have Baines, Garbutt and Galloway.

I'd be happy if we signed a first-teamer LB on loan for six months, and then look again in the summer, while perhaps moving on one of Garbutt or Galloway. Baines gradually to be phased out next season.

I'm around 95% sure Garbutt isn't good enough.

But I'm 100% sure Galloway isn't good enough. Dreadful weak player.

Horrific defender who looks terrified any time he finds a football at his feet. League 1 standard at best.

Was about to post this. They do tend to get the line-up right hours before official announcements every week. I think the only one I've seen them get wrong was when Baningime came in for Schneiderlin at the last min

I hope Garbutt gets his chance. Can't be any worse than Martina defensively and naturally will be more comfortable there, same goes for attacking, with the added bonus that he can whip in a decent ball.

They got it completely wrong for West Brom and deleted the post then when the team was announced..

Garbut has never convinced me, but, Cuco has, Cuco has convinced me that even if Garbut is gash, at least he is a left back.
